In the event that you wish to return goods to us, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Quote your name, address, contact number, email address, items you wish to return and your order number. The cost and responsibility of the return postage will be yours. We therefore recommend you ask for proof of posting from the post office.
Upon receipt, all goods will be examined. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on any opened or used goods. We will process your return as quickly as possible and notify you by email once your refund, replacement or exchange has been processed. During busy periods, please allow a maximum of 15 working days for your refund, replacement or exchange to be processed. Any refund will be made in the same payment method as the order was received.
Under the distance selling regulations act, you have the legal right to cancel your order at any time up to 7 working days after the dispatch date. This can be done by contacting our Customer Services department via telephone, email or post. Your right to cancel is on the basis that we will be able to re-sell the goods to another customer when you return them to us, therefore, please do not use or open any sealed packaging. If the products have already been posted, you must return the products to us at the time of cancellation and we will refund the price of the products within 30 days, beginning with the day on which notice of cancellation was given (less any postage incurred.) If your order is returned to us due to non-delivery, incorrect address, no one available to sign for or collect your goods, you will incur re-delivery charge(s). This does not affect your statutory rights.
